BJ Wolf is the senior national account executive for Plano Synergy Outdoors and brand manager for Barnett Outdoors in Tarpon Springs, Florida. He assumed Synergy’s seat on the Board from Mike Waltston, who won re-election to the Board on April 1, 2012. Synergy’s current Board term runs through March 31, 2015.
Wolf received his degree at Western Michigan University, and has been with Synergy Outdoors since October 2007. Previously, Wolf was a tooling engineer at L&W Engineering from September 1994 through November 2006.
While at L&W, he managed and sourced automotive tooling, and was a journeyman tool and die maker. He worked with some of the largest companies in the world, such as Chrysler, Honda, General Motors and Ford Motor Co. to secure future business while managing multi-million dollar budgets.
Synergy Outdoors was formed when Wildgame Innovations merged with Evolved Industries. WI was already in business with BA Products, Barnett Crossbows and Flextone Game Calls, which operated as separate entities.
The Synergy consolidation produced a well-rounded company that represents a large portion of the outdoor world. Wildgame Innovations includes Evolved Habitats attractants and Evolved Harvest food plot seeds; BA Products (Wildgame brand) features feeders, scouting cameras and electronics; Barnett Crossbows manufactures an extensive lineup for beginners to experts; and Flextone Game Calls features calls for hunting elk, deer, turkeys, waterfowl and predators.
