Booth Selection Opens April 5 for 2012 ATA Trade Show
The 2012 Show is scheduled for Jan. 10-12, Tuesday through Thursday, at the Greater Columbus Convention Center. Exhibitors with preference points will receive packets containing booth-selection information in the days ahead. The information packets contain the exhibitor’s appointed date and time to select space by telephone. All packets will be mailed from the ATA’s office in New Ulm, Minn., no later than March 14. Exhibitors should review their packets to confirm the ATA has the correct Trade Show contact information on file. The booth-selection schedule will also be posted at www.archerytrade.org no later than March 18. Exhibitors with 10 or more preference points will choose their booth space from April 5 through May 11. New companies, as well as returning companies with nine or fewer preference points, will select their booth space starting May 12. The ATA will call exhibitors at their scheduled time. The calls are scheduled in 8-minute blocks with Maria Lewis, ATA’s exhibitor and membership services manager. Lewis urges exhibitors to visit the ATA’s Web site (www.archerytrade.org) before their appointment, and click on the interactive floor plan to monitor the Show’s layout and remaining space. “We’re on a tight schedule, so it helps to have three or four options in mind when it’s time to select,” Lewis said. |
