ATA Trade Show Exhibitors: Booth Selection Starts Soon

Exhibitors planning to attend the 2013 ATA Trade Show in Louisville, Ky., will receive their booth-selection information packets in March. Then, on April 24, ATA Trade Show manager Maria Lewis will begin making booth-selection phone calls, by appointment, to exhibitors.

The 2013 Show will be held Jan. 7-9 at the Kentucky Exposition Center. Be advised, Louisville has three convention-center venues. The Kentucky Exposition Center is located at 937 Phillips Lane in Louisville. Its Web site is www.kyexpo.org.

New exhibitors will be able to select their booth site and size after exhibitors with preference points finish their selections. Lewis encourages new exhibitors to contact her for more information and to be added to ATA's mailing list. She can be reached at (866) 266-2776, extension 2.

"We do our best to keep new exhibitors informed on the dates and timeline for our booth-selection process," Lewis said. "Once they're on our list, they won't be forgotten."
