The 2014 ATA Exhibitor Kit is full of information you can use to take advantage of your time in The Music City. The Exhibitor Kit is available online and outlines every service and marketing opportunity you’ll need to exhibit at the 2014 ATA Trade Show.

Take note of important deadlines within the exhibitor kit. You'll save money by ordering services before their advance order deadline. This month's deadlines include:

November 18: Reserve space in Goodie Bags to get your coupon or product promotion into the hands of the dealers as they enter the ATA Show. 
November 22: Update your company information for the Official Show Guide & Membership Directory.
November 29: Reserve advertising space in Official Show Guide & Membership Directory. No other marketing venue at the ATA Show offers you as much value, both at the Show and throughout the year. That's why both exhibitors and retailers recently rated the ATA Show Guide as the most valued promotional opportunity of the ATA Trade Show!

Changes for 2014

As an exhibitor, you've agreed to the 2014 Exhibitor Terms and Conditions through the online booth contract process. Please note and review these three changes:

  1. Hanging Signs: There must be a minimum of a 4-foot gap between the highest part of your booth and the lowest part of the hanging sign.
  2. Sound/Music: Exhibitors are required to obtain all sound amplification equipment through Tech Rentals, ATA's official service provider.In some cases, ATA may require a Tech Rentals sound engineer to operate the equipment.
  3. Multi-Story Exhibits: Multi-storied exhibits require prior approval.

Electrical and Internet are not included in your booth space and must be order directly through the Music City Center. Order forms are included in the Exhibitor Kit.

Make sure to check out the Featured Products Showcase registration information, an extremely affordable marketing opportunity. Featured Products will be located on the exhibit hall floor and limited space is available; pre-register to guarantee your spot.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be aware of unauthorized solicitations from Trade Show service providers. The ATA recommends you use Official Trade Show Service Providers  for your trade show needs. We have strong relationships with these vendors and can guarantee their service. These vendors will include the Official Service Provider logo in their communications, are listed on and are included in ATA’s Exhibitor Kit. 

If a vendor is not listed in our Exhibitor Kit, they are not approved by ATA Show Management. You may use other vendors, but do so at your own risk. ATA does not supply our exhibitor list to any vendors, other than those listed above.
