Thanks to extensive renovations, the Indiana Convention Center has a large, open floor that allows ATA flexibility not available in many locations. In 2015, ATA will use halls C through K – 474,000 square feet – for booth space. The large, open Show floor also will include a retailer and exhibitor food court and lounge, Featured Products area and three business hub locations.

ATA registration and hotel block for ATA members is open for the 2015 Trade Show, which will take place January 8 to 10, 2015, in Indianapolis. Here are five things ATA members should know about registering:

1. Be Sure ATA Membership is Current

You must be a member to register for the 2015 ATA Trade Show. If your company membership has expired, renew your 2014-2015 ATA membership. If you prefer to renew by mail, send your payment to Archery Trade Association, P.O. Box 70, New Ulm, MN 56073-0070. If you are not a current member or did not receive a dues order renewal notice, join ATA now!

Questions? Contact Lisa Roeder at (866) 266-2776 ext. 3 or email lisaroeder@archerytrade.org.

2. Log In to Your Registration Account to Get Started Now

To register, log in to your ATA account by entering the email address ATA uses to email you news and Show promotions.

If you are a first-time user, your default password is Password1. This password IS case sensitive.

If you have problems logging in, please call the ATA Trade Show, Business and Membership Office at (866) 266-2776 for assistance.

3. Register, and Then Book Rooms Through a Combo Process

After registering for your Show badge, you will be directed to the ATA hotel block. This online process is the quickest and most effective method of registering and booking hotel rooms. The earlier you register, the more availability and deeper discounted rooms you'll find in this year's ATA block.

In 2011 ATA Show used rooms at six hotels that connected directly to the Indiana Convention Center, with 1,650 rooms in the block. In 2015, eight hotels with 2,639 total rooms in the ATA block will connect to the convention center via heated walkways.

4. Scout It Out

While you DO need an access code to make your hotel reservations, you don’t need one to preview Indianapolis hotels in the ATA block. Click here to view the hotel map, review room rates, amenities, parking information and deals!

5. The Indiana Convention Center Is Worth Previewing

Thanks to extensive renovations, the Indiana Convention Center has a large, open floor that allows ATA flexibility not available in many locations. In 2015, ATA will use halls C through K – 474,000 square feet – for booth space. The ARRO Hot Show will be in Hall A, making its proximity much closer to the Show floor. Retail Archery Academy and ATA program demonstrations will be in Hall B, which is accessible directly from the Show floor. Thanks to large, open and flexible space, the Show floor will include a retailer and exhibitor food court and lounge, Featured Products area and three business hub locations.
