Country music singer Troy Gentry described ATA-member Copper John Corp. as a "perfect fit" for a partnership. "We wanted a partner that could take the idea and run with it, and we wanted one we could trust."

Copper John Corp., an Archery Trade Association member, has something to be proud of: a new deal with Troy Gentry of country music duo Montgomery Gentry.

Gentry is an avid hunter and co-owns patented bow site technology with Jeremy Hall, inventor and owner of ATA-member retailer The Archery Den in Franklin, Tenn. Gentry and Hall finalized a licensing and promotional agreement with Copper John Corp. of Auburn, N.Y. The deal also includes a celebrity endorsement for Gentry.

In a press release, Gentry said Copper John Corp. was a "perfect fit" for a partnership.

"We wanted a partner that could take the idea and run with it, and we wanted one we could trust," Gentry said in the release.

Copper John Corp. manufactures and distributes archery sights. In 1999, Copper John introduced its popular Dead Nuts Hunting sight employing the use of offset pins for precise pin-tip alignment and a round pin guard to serve as an aiming aid during target acquisition. In 2002, the company acquired Stanislawski Archery Products and continues to market release aids under the STAN brand.
