Booth Selection for ATA Trade Show Begins in April

To help exhibitors choose their booth’s location, the ATA posted a live, interactive floor plan of the 2015 Show, which will take place in the Indiana Convention Center.

Exhibitors with 10 or more preference points should now have their booth-selection information packets to help plan for the 2015 ATA Trade Show in Indianapolis, Ind.

The packets were mailed March 20 from the ATA’s office in New Ulm, Minn., according to Maria Lewis, ATA Trade Show manager. To help exhibitors choose their booth’s location, the ATA posted a live, interactive floor plan of the 2015 Show, which will take place in the Indiana Convention Center.

Booth-selection packets for the ATA Trade Show include the date and time for each exhibitors’ booth-selection appointment. Beginning April 22 at 10 a.m., Lewis and other ATA staff will begin making booth-selection phone calls to companies with 10 or more preference points. This signup period ends at 11:30 a.m. on May 29.

New exhibitors or companies with less than 10 preference points will start selecting their booth sites May 30. Companies must pay 20 percent of their booth’s rental fee upon making their selection. Invoices for final payments will be sent Aug. 1, and booth payments are due in full Sept. 1.
