Bowhunting has an unexpected tie to the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia. Sasha Rearick, head coach of the U.S. men’s alpine ski team, gave an interview to NBC while perched 80 feet up a tree in a portable stand — the ALPHA™ Hang On II — made by ATA member Lone Wolf Portable Treestands.

Rearick, one of five coaches using a tree stand to get a bird's-eye view of passing skiers, said the stands help coaches capture video and evaluate the skiers' technique.
