3.31.11 | Trade Show Booth Selection Begins April 5
NEW ULM, Minn. - Booth Selection for the 2012 ATA Trade Show begins April 5. Exhibitors with 10 or more acquired preference points (points are based on the ATA ranking system) have been placed on a call schedule with an appointed date and time. The ATA office will phone each company at its assigned time to select and reserve booth space. Click here to view the call schedule.
If you are unable to select your booth at the assigned time, you may fill out an Absentee Selection Form. ATA will select the best available booth for your company from the information supplied on the absentee form, which should include up to four options.
Exhibitors with less than 10 preference points, including new exhibitors, are welcome to select a booth on or after May 12, 2011.
