Day 3, 11:03 a.m. | New Bowfishing Shaft, Water Bladder, Handsaw & More New Product

Timothy Kent and his Theory 13 Creative team helped archery-industry clientele introduce their latest products Tuesday afternoon to about 50 members of the outdoor media during the 2012 ATA Trade Show.

Among those products was the new Hornet Lite bowfishing shaft from Cajun Archery, which allows kids and women using lighter-weight bows to shoot with greater precision and deeper penetration. Cajun president David White also explained and demonstrated his company's extensive line of Hot Shot releases.

If you're looking for a great water bladder that won't sag inside your hunting pack, check out the CottonMouth from GamePlan Gear. This new puncture-resistant bladder is mounted to a sturdy backing that keeps it upright even when running low on water.

Whether you're ripping through thick tangles of brush or lopping off a thick limb above your tree stand, you'll appreciate the strength and sharpness of the Wicked Tough hand saw from Wicked Tree Gear. This sturdy saw, which weighs only a half-pound, won't break or twist like most tree saws, and can be bought with a Wicked Tree Pack holster that lets you safely store the saw without collapsing it, keeping it handy for the next cut.

Opti-Logic has been delivering high-quality laser rangefinders for hunters for nearly 25 years. Its Recon, Micro, Sabre and InSight series of rangefinders come in variety of sizes and magnifications, all of which feature a 4-yard minimum. Depending on the model and size, these rangefinders are accurate anywhere from 400 yards to 1,500 yards.
