New Excalibur Crossbow Hits the MarkExcalibur introduced its new Matrix crossbows at the 2013 ATA Trade Show in Louisville, Ky. John E. Phillips reports for Archery Time that the new series is lighter and shorter than ever, without compromising speed. "We've narrowed the bow by 6 inches, shortened it by 4 inches and increased the speed up to 380-feet-per second," Steve Scheffel, the U.S. sales and marketing director for Excalibur Crossbow, says. "Many people have thought that our company can't produce those types of speeds from a recurve crossbow, however, we did it." For the full story and photo click here. |
