If you are interested in exhibiting at the 2007 ATA Trade Show, you must:

1. Submit an Exhibitor Application to the ATA office along with your initial deposit of 20% if applying prior to August 1st, or the entire amount if Exhibitor Application is being submitted after the August 1st deadline.
2. If you are not a current ATA member, but would like to join, please submit your Membership Application along with the Exhibitor Application to the ATA office.
3. To see booth availability click here or call Cindy Brophy at 801-261-2380 x205 to receive a map and verify availability. The show floor map is updated periodically, but we recommend calling for confirmation of availability.

Exhibit Rates
Exhibit rates are based on a standard 10ft x 10ft booth, which is the smallest available size. Exhibitors are not allowed to share booth space unless they are multiple brands or subsidiaries that are owned by the same company.

Space is contracted at $17 per square foot from ATA Regular members, $19 per square foot for ATA Basic Members and $21 per square foot for Non-members. Sample rates are below for your review:

Quality vs. Quantity
All trade shows will sell you on the number of attendees at their show, but the key to a good investment as an exhibitor is the number of “qualified” buyers a show can provide for you. The ATA feels strongly about providing it’s exhibitors and industry members “quality” buyers. ATA verifies all buyer category badges to ensure that you are not wasting your time and money as an exhibitor. No individual badges are sold.

New Product Introduction
Are you looking to unveil a new product to the industry? There is no better place than the ATA Show. The show draws approximately 270 media personnel from the archery, hunting and outdoor industries. Key companies and big product launches all have their roots at the ATA Trade Show.

Featured Product Area
The show also offers a Featured Product area to further highlight those products companies want to showcase. This is free of charge to exhibitors.

Shooting Lanes
If your product requires demonstration you can also purchase a shooting lane, where customers can test your product at a 30ft shooting lane. Shooting lanes rent for $1,000 each. Application Form

Meet Customers Face-to-Face
Actually knowing your customer is invaluable. The value of face-to-face meeting can quickly be lost in today’s world of email, fax and telephone communication. But nothing can replace the first time you finally shake a customer’s hand that you have spoken to or corresponded with on many occasions. It also gives you the chance to change a “customer” into a “friend”.
