The 2009 ATA Trade Show Hotel Block opened to ATA MEMBERS IN GOOD STANDING on Monday, May 5, 2008. The Indiana Convention and Visitors Association Housing Bureau is handling reservations and current ATA members (membership year April 1, 2008 - March 31, 2009) received the reservation link, telephone number and passcode by email, fax, and/or mail. The code is also posted in the member login area on the ATA web site. The hotel block will open to nonmembers on October 1, 2008.

If you have not yet sent in your dues, you are able to pay your 2008/2009 membership by credit card by calling 866-266-2776 X201. You will then receive your hotel block passcode(s).

If you have received your passcode, you are able to book an online reservation at Hotel Reservations or by calling the housing bureau at 317-684-2573. You may also download and fax a completed Housing Bureau Form to 317-684-2492.
