The Exhibitor Kit is now available online and outlines every service and marketing opportunity you’ll need to exhibit at the 2015 ATA Trade Show.
Take note of important deadlines within the Exhibitor Kit. You'll save money by ordering services before their advance-order deadline. Here’s a list of important dates coming up in September and October:
September 1: Final booth payments and insurance liability certificate due to ATA.
September 1: Signed shooting lane contracts due to ATA for exhibitors who have reserved shooting lanes.
October 1: Deadline to reserve space in Goodie Bags.
October 1: Deadline to reserve space in the ATA literature Kiosk.

Indy is Trendy
Since 2011, Indianapolis has hosted a Super Bowl, created the 7.5-mile Indianapolis Cultural Trail, and been named America’s Best Convention City in “USA Today.” But the distinction ATA Show attendees might like best is that Indianapolis’ Convention Center connects to more hotel rooms (4,700) than any other similar setup in the nation.
Show attendees also can enjoy convenient dining options while in Indianapolis. Roughly 250 pubs, shops, restaurants and attractions are within walking distance of the Convention Center and downtown hotels.
Indianapolis’ restaurant guide and map are featured in the Exhibitor Kit. You can download it here.
Getting the most out of a trade show requires pre-game planning and sharp execution. Last year, archerytrade.org ran a story featuring various resource links worth revisiting as you begin preparation for this year’s show. Here’s an excerpt:
