The 2018 ATA Trade Show hotel block opens for reservations on June 14, 2017.
As a reminder, 2017-2018 membership is required to attend the 2018 ATA Trade Show, Jan. 11-13, 2018, at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis, Indiana. Membership can be obtained by clicking here.
All reservation requests will be made through the Visit Indy Housing Bureau. In order to make your hotel reservations, you must register for the Trade Show first. Log in to your account to REGISTER NOW!
This is the quickest and most effective method.
Deadline to book your rooms in the ATA hotel block: Tuesday, Dec. 26, 2017
Multiple rooms: For reservations of 10 or more rooms, rooming lists are due by Monday, Nov. 6, 2017.

Most hotels are connected to the Indiana Convention Center via skywalk. Click here for a map of area hotels.
Complimentary shuttle service to the Indiana Convention Center is available at the Embassy Suites, Hampton Inn Downtown, Hilton Indianapolis, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express and Staybridge Suites. The pick-up and drop-off site at the Indiana Convention Center is Maryland Motor Lobby along Maryland Street. Shuttles run continuously during the following times:
- Wednesday, Jan. 10: 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
- Thursday, Jan. 11: 6 a.m. to 10 a.m., and 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
- Friday, Jan. 12: 6 a.m. to 10 a.m., and 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
- Saturday, Jan. 13: 6 a.m. to 10 a.m., and 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
The ATA is offering a complimentary shuttle from the Indiana Convention Center to the airport on Saturday, Jan. 13. Pick-up will be at the Maryland Motor Lobby along Maryland Street.
Shuttles will be leaving at 3 p.m., 4 p.m., 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. The ride to the airport is about 30 minutes long.

Acknowledgements: Acknowledgements will be sent after each reservation booking, modification and/or cancellation. Review acknowledgements carefully for accuracy. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 14 days after any transaction, please send an e-mail to ATAhousing@VisitIndy.com.
Modifications/Cancellations: Please review carefully. A $25 cancellation fee will be charged for individual reservations canceled after 5:00 p.m. EST on Monday, Dec. 4, 2017. No-shows and reservations canceled after 5:00 p.m. EST on Tuesday, Dec. 26, 2017, may be charged one night's room rate and 17% tax by the hotel.
